Your appointments are very important to us. They are reserved for you and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.
To ensure that we are able to meet all of our guests needs, we require a 24 hour (non emergency) appointment cancellation notice.
We reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Another appointment will not be booked until the fee is paid.
