Co-owner + Educator
Jamie has been working in the hair industry for 18 + years.
For her it’s more than just hair, it’s a way of life. This culture embodies everything she does and everything she is. Jamie has traveled around the world doing hair for photoshoots as well as taking classes in trending hair color & cutting in the US and abroad. She has had the opportunity to create hair for various NYFW shows, as well as looks for Wella’s trend vision competitions. Being a Wella master color expert & Wella master stylist is something that she holds dear to her heart, those are among the many certifications she has worked so hard for because education is her passion. Her favorite thing about hair is making people feel beautiful and confident inside and out. She is grateful to be a Wella portfolio educator and her goal for the future of our industry is to pay it forward and help other stylists reach their full potential and feel empowered.
Kate Convery
Master Stylist / Colorist
Co-owner + Educator
Kate Convery's career spans nearly three decades, taking root in boutique salons, the fashion scene, and film sector of New York City, before blossoming with the creation of Love Culture Salon in Providence, Rhode Island, alongside Jamie Millmather. Specializing in straight razor cuts, Kate's stylistic range encompasses everything from eye-catching pastels to sun-kissed blondes. Her independent work includes a decade-long presence at New York Fashion Week, collaborating with celebrities and designers like Mara Hoffman, Suzanne Rae, Mary Meyer, and L’Wren Scott, as well as styling for the Met Gala. Kate’s portfolio includes contributions to editorial shoots for leading magazines such as Marie Claire, Inked, Martha Stewart Weddings, and Vogue. Her partnership with IFC Films and visibility in The New York Times and Good Morning America underscore her prominence in the field. Drawing inspiration from the natural world, classic cinema, and popular culture, Kate has a penchant for bohemian elegance and the timeless allure of French-girl chic. Committed to both personal growth and mentorship, Kate emphasizes the importance of continuous skill development in the craft at her salon.
Sarah Vannasse Kuhn
Stylist / Colorist
Sarah is a creative soul through and through. Her love for playing music and performing ultimately led her into the hair industry that she loves so much.

Sarah is inspired by all things vintage and her claim to fame is soft razor cuts and lived-in style.. she pairs the perfect color tones and color trends to bring out your best vibes.

Amanda Ring
Junior Stylist
We are so excited to have Amanda on our team! Growing up as a dancer, Amanda was always used to expressing herself through movement. Now as a stylist, she gets to express her artistic abilities in hair. She is passionate about lived in color using balayage techniques, and loves the creative art of cutting. She has always had the drive to help people, so to make others feel their best daily is so rewarding for her!
Lexee Domenicone
Junior Stylist
Lexee has such a passion for all things beauty but has found her true love in hair. She loves most that she gets to create art on such a unique canvas that is customized and special to every person. Although she loves every aspect of hair, vivid coloring, blonding and short haircuts are her favorites. Lexee’s creativity and talent also inspired her to start styling wigs and with that she has designed wigs for many theatrical productions. She dreams to one day work in New York and on Broadway as a wig master and celebrity hairstylist, as well as wanting to see her work in magazines, fashion shows and special events and galas. Dream big is more than a motto, it’s her lifestyle. She thrives off of making others feel special and loved and you will feel nothing short of that while spending time in her chair. She can’t wait to meet you and help you fall in love with your hair!
Jae Shark
Texture Artist, Custom Curl Cuts, Color & Care
One thing about Jae is she loves curating the dopest vibe. Being a creative introvert she gradually found her confidence in embracing her curls & coils. You best believe she wants to help you do the same.
Growing up with barbers, hair stylists, & colorists encouraged her to join the beauty industry in 2008. With a strong desire to serve all textures, she decided to hone her craft in hair cutting & styling in NJ & NY. All the while being drawn to natural curl education. In 2015, she discovered free-form curl shaping & never looked back! Deep down she always wanted to cross over into the color world. With her vivid imagination for creating bespoke looks on all textures, she began her journey as an aspiring Wella colorist in 2021.
It's all about embracing your natural waves, curls, coils, & zags. It's deeper than hair is about shining a light on your self-expression. So come through, let’s vibe & thrive!!!
When not behind the chair you'll find her low-key grooving to a variety of beats, discovering new foods, enjoying basketball, & traveling.
